FAQ, shipping & returns

Where do I actually buy?

Checkout runs through our Etsy shop for now. Every Buy button on this site takes you there. Items marked Coming soon aren't listed on Etsy yet.

How long does shipping take?

Shirts and mugs are printed to order by our print partner, so there's a short production window before they ship. Exact production time and shipping options are shown at checkout on Etsy. Stickers ship in a stamped envelope.

Is shipping free?

The 4-sticker engine pack ships free. Shirts and mugs show their shipping cost at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We're starting with U.S. addresses. If you're outside the U.S., message us through Etsy and we'll see what we can do.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because shirts and mugs are made just for you, we can't take returns for a wrong size or a change of mind, so please check the size chart before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, message us through Etsy within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it.

My order hasn't shown up. What now?

Check the tracking link in your Etsy order first. If it's stuck or marked delivered and you don't have it, message us through Etsy and we'll sort it out.

How do the shirts fit?

Our tees are Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed heavyweight shirts in unisex sizing. They run relaxed. Check the size chart photo on each Etsy listing. Sizes 2XL and up are $2 more.

How do I care for my shirt or mug?

Shirts: machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors, then tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Mugs: hand washing keeps the print looking new longest.

Are you affiliated with any rocket company?

No. Independent fan-made design. Not affiliated with any aerospace company or agency. Not affiliated with or endorsed by NASA or any engine manufacturer.

How do I contact you?
